Kriti Shroff

Kriti Shroff is a passionate educationist, consultant and trainer with experience of over 16 years in the field of training & education, career and job assistance. Kriti has over the past 5 years successfully guided, mentored and trained students to take admissions in leading institutes of India. She is proficient in conducting psychometric tests to analyze personality type, career values and interests, skills & abilities and map the same with the family’s requirements to suggest a realistic and achievable educational roadmap. Leverage the education and job market understanding to consult parents and students on various career options. Conducted various seminars and workshops for spreading awareness towards career options, personality development and myriad other topics.

She completed her B.E. from Government College, SGSITS, Indore in 2003 and subsequently completed MBA from IMT, Ghaziabad in 2005. Thereafter she worked leading organizations like Wipro Technologies, Vodafone and ABC Consultants. But passionate about education and training, she soon quit the corporate industry and since then have been training and mentoring children at school, graduation and post-graduation level. She is a certified career counselor from Edumilestone from the corporate end.

Kriti envisioned and established “Careerswitkriti” in Oct 2015 and since then has been guiding students, parents and professionals towards successful career growth by combining knowledge and experience of both corporate and educational fields.

Careerswitkriti provides personalized Educational and Career planning services to Students, Parents and Professionals, focusing on Career assessment, Education Planning, Career path development and Educational Information. 

Careerswitkriti has so far mentored and counseled over 700 students from school, colleges and professional arena. With a strong network with leading universities across the globe, she has successfully helped numerous students achieve their dreams.

She also started the first ever in the city career lab at GD Goenka School, Kanpur.
