Dr. Chandana Sawant is a dentist and trained and certified career analyst with a Masters in International Certified Career Coaching from NCDA,USA. She is currently working with a leading international school in Mumbai as an academic guidance counsellor and has successfully counselled more than 2000 students and counting till date. She has also worked as a senior career coach with a leading Career counselling platform Mindler for 2 years. Her past experience includes 15+years of experience in the healthcare industry. She also holds a post-graduate degree in healthcare management from Singapore.

Dr. Chandanas vast experience therefore, helps her encompass a broad vision about leadership, management and administration of public as well as private health care systems. Having got an opportunity to live in different countries, she ventured into teaching and training and has taught in International institutes in Singapore and Thailand and worked as a Mentor for students and adults in a number of NGOs on a voluntary basis.
