Flt Lt Kalpana Yadav (Retd) is a leading Career and Higher education expert of India who is also a life coach.  She is a lifelong learner, eternal optimist with a passion to guide and enable youngsters to maximise their potential by making informed decisions about their career path and goals. .

An Air Force veteran who has been a strategic leader (HR) specializing in building an organization's human capital capability- aligning structure, skills and  culture to drive growth and streamline processes. She is a specialist in school level career planning programmes.She utilises her rich experience of 20+ yrs in diversified sectors like the armed forces, higher education and skill development sector, to guide and mentor the youth. She has worked in talent acquisition, developing performance management systems, business development, operations, , generalist HR and training.She did her schooling in different schools of South India and college from University of Delhi.

She had a distinguished short service in the Indian Air Force (short service) while being posted at frontline Air bases namely, Jamnagar, Jodhpur and Chandigarh before successfully transitioning into  the corporate world.She is  passionate about unlocking the true potential of individuals and organisations. She loves conducting career planning sessions at schools/colleges and has conducted numerous sessions for private schools pan India and has been a part of government projects as well.

Her areas of expertise include  Agriculture and allied fields, armed forces, Management and allied medical and she is a sought after professional for sessions in these areas. She believes that each one is uniquely talented and born to be successful, provided we are able to know our strengths are utilise them.
